Job summary

Pencil is seeking a hands-on GenAI Practitioner to join our advertising creative team. You will design production-grade prompts, build scalable workflows, and ensure governance across multiple brands, markets, and channels.

You’ll collaborate with clients and creative teams to translate active challenges into repeatable technical solutions. You’ll enable faster, higher-quality campaigns by combining GenAI capabilities with traditional craft, mentoring others, and producing clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in advertising creative development.
• Experience with GenAI tools and techniques.
• Experience delivering GenAI-enabled advertising creative.
• Strong English communication.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and teams to understand workflows and requirements.
• Design and build production-grade prompts and workflows.
• Establish governance, standards, and reliability for agents.
• Lead training and documentation to enable adoption.
• Evaluate emerging AI models and tools for scalability
