Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as OTA Trainer.
• Good knowledge of the GDS/NGDS application.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-focused training addressing new hire, product updates, and recursive training requirements.
• Monitor ongoing training completion and actions to improve training metrics.
• Build and coach Training Team Leads / Trainers using various methods.
• Attend internal, client, and stakeholder meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement in training processes and outcomes.
