Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to improve gas processing plant performance and reliability at the Saudi Arabia site. You will drive optimization, safety, and efficiency initiatives by translating analyses into practical improvements across multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires 7+ years in process engineering, familiarity with gas processing units, and strong data-reporting skills in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of relevant process engineering experience in chemical plants or refinery environments.
• Experience with gas processing units and sulfur recovery preferred.
• Strong knowledge of process safety management and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing plant processes to identify improvements for efficiency and energy use.
• Design and analyze performance tests; evaluate data; provide optimization recommendations.
• Collect process data, identify trends, and prepare technical reports for management.
• Troubleshoot issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to refine procedures and ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with operations, safety, and maintenance teams for safe, efficient operations.
• Train plant personnel on process improvements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Lead or support process improvement projects across departments.
• Monitor and maintain process control systems for stability.
