Job summary

Jadestone Energy is seeking a Senior Process Safety Engineer in Jakarta to lead the company’s Process Safety Management program across facilities. You will drive PSM compliance, risk assessments, MOC processes and safety reviews, partnering with engineering, operations and HSSE teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Chemical/Process Engineering with 10–15 years in oil & gas or petrochemicals, and at least 5 years in process safety engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (preferred).
• 10–15 years in oil & gas / petrochemical sector.
• At least 5 years in process safety engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Process Safety Management system.
• Lead HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA and other PSM studies.
• Review risk assessment outputs and ensure mitigation actions are closed.
• Lead MOC processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical leadership for process safety across assets.
