Job summary

PT Mega Perintis Tbk in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee pre-production activities, coordinate pattern, marker, and sample work, and ensure timely sample approvals. The role involves liaising with buyers and designers, monitoring material quality, and driving efficiency in the Sample Room.

Responsibilities include supervising weekly briefings, updating marker data, and following up issues from Pemalang through resolution. On-site in Jakarta.

• Review SR & WI before pattern, marker, and sample processes begin
• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor pattern, marker, and sample work
• Input marker costing, follow up production markers, and update marker and sample data
• Follow up dummy, production, photoshoot, and approval samples each season
• Check materials and shipping samples before dispatch
• Follow up fabric reject issues from Pemalang until resolved
• Conduct pre-production sample fittings with buyers and designers
• Coordinate with designers on development samples
• Give technical direction in the Sample Room to improve efficiency
• Propose new or improved product standards and related SOP changes
• Conduct weekly briefings
