Job summary

BVM is seeking a hardworking Gardener/Landscaper to maintain gardens and grounds across their villa properties in Bingin, Uluwatu, and Pecatu. The role involves regular plant care, irrigation maintenance, and ensuring guest-ready outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate has experience in gardening or grounds maintenance, knowledge of tropical plants, and a readiness for early starts and outdoor work. Previous villa or hospitality grounds experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance.
• Knowledge of tropical plants and seasonal upkeep.
• Physically fit, comfortable with outdoor, active work and early starts.
• Reliable, detail-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel between assigned villas (Bingin / Uluwatu / Pecatu).
• Prior villa or hospitality grounds experience is a plus.
