WE ARE HIRING: GAMEPLAY PROGRAMMER (IMMEDIATE START).
We are currently looking for a Game Programmer for our upcoming dark‑fantasy roguelike deck‑builder. You will work directly with the Programmer, Director, Designer, and Artists and guided by Quality Assurance and Feedback
YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Build Core Gameplay Systems
- Develop card systems: draw/discard/reshuffle, conditional effects.
- Create scalable architecture for actions, intents, resolution order, and combat clarity.
- Develop Procedural & Run‑Based Systems
- Build reward systems, enemy distribution logic, and run progression.
- Build internal tools for designers (card editors, node editors, balancing tools).
- Create debugging utilities, logging systems, and rapid iteration workflows.
- Support AI testing pipelines for balance validation.
- Create program for lay outing for artist and tech art as well help in their implementation with colliders.
- Optimize gameplay for mobile performance (60fps+, low memory footprint).
- Build intuitive mobile interaction systems (drag/slide card targeting, tapping, touch‑friendly UI) as well ready to change toward PC and Console as well.
- Work closely with designers to prototype mechanics quickly and iterate fast.
- Coordinate with artists and UI/UX to ensure clarity, readability, and smooth player experience.
- ABLE TOMaintain deterministic logic and clean system architecture.
- Keep the codebase lean, efficient, and scalable.
- Cut unnecessary complexity when needed to protect deadlines and gameplay clarity.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Technical Skills
- Strong Unity & C# knowledge (required).
- Experience with procedural generation systems.
- Understanding of roguelike structures and run‑based progression.
- Experience building card/deck systems.
- Strong grasp of turn‑based combat logic.
- Mobile optimization experience.
- Multiplayer experience (P2P, Host‑Client).
- Familiarity with debugging tools, profiling, and performance tuning.
- Experience with in‑App Purchase systems is a plus.
- High‑level understanding of engine pipelines (Unity/Godot).
- Ability to work within technical constraints and optimize for performance.
- Strong architectural thinking: modular, scalable, readable code.
- Ability to build tools that empower designers and artists.
