Job summary

Princess Cruises is seeking an Asst Pantryman for PT Alpha Magsaysay Indonesia to support pantry operations aboard the ship. The role involves assisting the 1st Pantryman with breakfast and cold dishes, and preparing fruit platters and cold soups for meals.

Applicants should have at least one year of galley experience, basic knowledge of cold food prep and sanitation, and good English communication. The position offers a fixed term contract, competitive salary, and cabin plus travel benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of prior galley experience (cold dishes) required.
• Basic cold food preparation and presentation knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of public health and sanitation regulations.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist the 1st Pantryman with breakfast items and platters.
• Prepare cold fruit appetizers and cold soups for meals.
• Maintain clean coffee stations and operate the coffee service line.
• Help with events, including fruit and vegetable carving when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by culinary management.
