CHARLES & KEITH, Bali, invites fresh graduates to join a Management Trainee Store Supervisor programme in the Bali area. The 6–12 month scheme trains you in store operations, customer service, budgeting, and people management, with mentors guiding you through the process.

The programme aims to develop future store leaders with hands-on exposure, flexible shift schedules, and relocation opportunities across Indonesia as needed.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Highly motivated, good interpersonal skill and eager to learn.
• Flexibility to work in store within store operating hours (under shift schedule, 6 days a week, including weekends and Public Holiday)

Responsibilities

• 6–12 month trainee programme with hands-on store management exposure.
• Rotations include customer service, cashiering, roster planning and budgeting.
• Mentors provided to guide each trainee.
