Job summary

PT KCG invites fresh graduates to join the Management Trainee Store Supervisor program in the Semarang area. This 6–12 month trainee scheme trains you in store operations and aims to develop you into a store manager.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to customer service, cashiering, product knowledge, roster planning, budgeting and people management, with regular feedback and mentors to guide you throughout the scheme.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills and eager to learn.
• Willing to work in store within store operating hours (shift schedule, 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays)

Responsibilities

• On-the-job training in store operations and management.
• Exposure to customer service, cashiering and product knowledge.
• Roster planning, budgeting and people management under mentorship.
