Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering with GPA ≥ 3.00/4.00.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Foundational knowledge of ERP/SCM software (MRP, QAD, WMS) or AutoCAD.
• Strong communication, proactive attitude and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 12-month Future Engineer Development Program (FEDP) with rotating assignments across units.
• Engage in hands-on learning and contribute to process improvements in manufacturing operations.
• Receive targeted training and placement in a department aligned with interests and strengths.
• Demonstrate project contributions and readiness for future leadership roles.
