As a Fund Finance Paralegal, you’ll support the legal team throughout the transaction lifecycle, assisting with the drafting, review and negotiation of documents such as non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, security documents and other financing materials. You’ll maintain organized deal files and transaction records, including managing, uploading, and retrieving documents through document management systems. You’ll also monitor security filing deadlines, renewals and expiration dates, and while processing and tracking invoices from outside counsel. In addition, you’ll help drive the team's use of AI by designing and testing AI prompts for recurring legal tasks, contributing directly to improvements in the team’s processes and use of technology. This role offers broad exposure to structured finance matters within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
