Job summary

PT Nawa Data Solutions is seeking a capable Full Stack Developer to design, build, and optimize frontend, backend, and integration tasks within a microservices architecture. You will work with Java, .NET Core, and various data-processing tools to deliver scalable systems.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in software development, strong experience with React.js/TypeScript, and proficient with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

Job Purpose
Responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-quality Frontend, Backend, and integration solutions within a Microservices Architecture. The role will contribute to building scalable applications, handling high-volume datasets and complex business processes, as well as ensuring application performance, data accuracy, availability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize high-quality, scalable, and high-performance Frontend, Backend, and Integration solutions based on technical design.

Design and implement applications using Microservices Architecture.

Develop Backend services using .NET Core and/or Java.

Implement and maintain development pipelines for Frontend and Backend applications within a Microservices environment.

Develop end-to-end applications capable of processing high-volume datasets and supporting complex business processes.

Develop and maintain integration solutions between applications, systems, and data sources.

Work with relational databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

Utilize integration and data-processing technologies such as SSIS, Talend, Airflow, and Apache NiFi where required.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Frontend, Backend, and Integration layers.

Ensure data availability, accuracy, performance, and timeliness throughout the application lifecycle.

Perform code review, optimization, debugging, and performance tuning.

Collaborate with Technical Lead, developers, QA, Product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver solutions according to technical and business requirements.

Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, architecture, coding standards, and product quality.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software development, particularly Fullstack Development.

Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.

Strong experience in one or more of the following:

Java

TypeScript

Experience with modern Frontend frameworks, particularly React.js.

Experience working with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and/or MySQL.

Experience with data integration/processing tools such as SSIS, Talend, Airflow, or Apache NiFi is preferred.

Understands Frontend, Backend, API, and system integration concepts.

Experience developing applications involving high-volume datasets and complex business processes.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Highly motivated and determined to build and deliver high-quality products.
