SAGARA Technology in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Mid-Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to build reliable software, implement RESTful APIs and gRPC, and optimize performance in a microservices environment using Go or Node.js, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, and Kafka.

This role requires strong problem solving and productive teamwork in a fast-growing tech

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience (fresh grads welcome).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, databases, Docker, and cloud storage.

About the role

The Full-Stack Engineer role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across frontend and backend systems. This position will collaborate with engineering teams to build reliable software solutions, develop backend services, integrate APIs, optimize application performance, and contribute to the improvement of system architecture within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and gRPC services.
• Develop scalable backend services using Golang and/or Node.js.
• Work with databases including PostgreSQL/MySQL and caching systems such as Redis.
• Support event-driven architecture implementation using Kafka and related technologies.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability through effective engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, gRPC, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, Docker, and cloud storage.
• Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture is preferred.
