Job summary

Your core mission is to streamline provisioning, deployment, and operations, directly enabling cloud-native and data platform projects to scale seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience implementing cloud platforms and operations.
• Proven exposure to at least two cloud-native platforms or data projects.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP and container tech.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, deploy, monitor, and secure the Unified Data Platform infrastructure.
• Build and maintain CI/CD and automated deployment workflows for infra and platform components.
• Drive end-to-end cloud-native platform and data project implementations.
• Automate provisioning and deployment for high availability and efficiency.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to track health and utilization.
• Enforce cloud security best practices, IAM/RBAC, and access controls.
• Collaborate with data engineering and software teams to optimize pipelines.
• Manage cloud environments across development, staging, and production.

About the role

As a Cloud Engineer on our team, you will play a critical role in driving our cloud initiatives and managing our Unified Data Platform. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and robust security across our cloud environments. Your core mission is to streamline provisioning, deployment, and operations, directly empowering our cloud-native and data platform projects to scale seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for provisioning, configuration, deployment, monitoring, security, and operational integrity of the infrastructure supporting the Unified Data Platform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD and automated deployment workflows for infrastructure and platform components
• Drive the successful end-to-end implementation of cloud-native platforms and cloud-based data platform projects
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes to ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and efficiency.
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively track platform health, performance metrics, and resource utilization
• Enforce cloud security best practices, compliance standards, and access controls to safeguard data platforms and infrastructure assets
• Collaborate closely with data engineering and software development teams to optimize data pipelines and architecture performance
• Manage cloud environments across development, staging, and production.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and resource utilization
• Implement cloud security best practices, IAM, RBAC, network security, secrets management, and access controls.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in implementing cloud platforms, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or cloud operations.
• Minimum experience in implementing at least 2 cloud-native platforms or cloud-based data platform projects.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure components including compute, networking, storage, databases, load balancing, and access management.
• Experience with Docker and understanding of container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Experience working with Linux-based environments and scripting or automation using Bash, Python, PowerShell, or equivalent.
