Job summary

Ruangguru seeks an educator to provide coaching, training, and classroom instruction for MT Akademia initiatives under the Academic Team. You will also mentor peers and support curriculum delivery with engaging teaching methods.

You will conduct homework clinics, CBC sessions, and university entrance exam prep coaching, while building strong relationships with students, parents, and BAC staff to ensure smooth class operations and student success.

• Coaching and training delivery for MT Akademia under Academic Team guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including buddying MT Akademia under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to identify pathways and engagement.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and collaborate with regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engaging learning.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam prep.

• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning, as needed by.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
