Job summary

Ruangguru seeks dedicated educators to provide coaching and training sessions, mentor MT Akademia, and collaborate with the Academic Team to enhance teaching skills and student outcomes.

You will conduct student/parent consultations, run Homework Clinics, participate in CBC sessions, and deliver high-quality classroom lessons while developing materials and supporting curriculum implementation. Experience with USBN/UTBK prep is a plus.

Qualifications

• Provide coaching and training sessions under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents to outline pathways and engage stakeholders.
• Run Homework Clinics to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Teach students in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and example behavior.
• Fulfill minimum sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.

Job description

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning, as needed by.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
