Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an educator to provide coaching and training for MT Akademia and to conduct class-based teaching sessions. You will collaborate with the Academic Team to refine teaching methods and ensure high-quality classroom experiences.

The role includes running Klinik PR sessions, CBC activities, and engaging with students and parents for sustained outcomes. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Education, strong communication, and the ability to implement blended learning

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to map pathways and improve engagement for student renewals.
• Lead Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues and provide actionable solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and share best practices with regional teams.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill minimum session quotas including CBC and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation and learning outcomes.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.

• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
