Job summary

Ruangguru invites dedicated educators to join the Academic Team as mentors and classroom instructors. You will coach MT Akademia, run training sessions, and collaborate with Student Advisors to guide students toward academic goals while maintaining strong engagement with parents.

You will also lead Homework Clinics, participate in Class-by-Class CBC sessions, and develop teaching materials to support curriculum implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and blended learning approaches.

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
