Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an enthusiastic educator to join MT Akademia as a coach and mentor to enhance teaching skills under the guidance of the Academic Team. You will also advise students and parents on pathways to academic goals, and run Homework Clinics to address learning challenges.

In addition, you will participate in CBC sessions, teach in classrooms, and develop materials to support curriculum implementation while maintaining strong relationships with BAC staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam prep.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities
