Job summary

KantorKu is seeking educators in Bekasi to deliver high-quality classroom instruction and supportive coaching within MT Akademia partnerships. The role involves coaching sessions, student and parent consultations, and collaborative curriculum development.

You will lead CBC and classroom teaching, develop materials, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective class operations and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia and mentor peers.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to outline pathways.
• Lead Homework Clinics to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional teams.
• Teach students in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engagement.
• Fulfill minimum session requirements, including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation.

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
