Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking a dedicated educator to join MT Akademia initiatives, coaching and training teachers, and delivering engaging classroom sessions to support student success. You will collaborate with Academic Team and Student Advisors to guide pathways and strengthen parent-student engagement.

Responsibilities include conducting Klinik PR sessions, CBC participation, developing teaching materials, and maintaining strong relationships with BAC employees for smooth class

Qualifications

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success at school or courses.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Have innovative & creative teaching methods, techniques, and blended learning approaches.

• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisor(s) to provide pathways for academic goals and maintain strong student-parents engagement.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students with addressing academic issues and solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning.
