Job summary

Ruangguru seeks dedicated educators in Medan to coach MT Akademia teachers, enhance teaching skills, and guide curriculum implementation under the Academic Team. Classroom sessions and mentoring will be key responsibilities.

You will also conduct student/parent consultations, Homework Clinics, and collaborate with regional teams to share best practices and educational initiatives. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to improve teaching skills under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to map pathways and maintain engagement for student renewals.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and collaborate with regional teams to share best practices and educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classrooms, delivering high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill minimum sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
