Zusammenfassung

Ruangguru is seeking a dedicated educator to join MT Akademia as a trainer and mentor. You will provide coaching, classroom teaching, and consult with students and parents to map academic pathways. You will contribute to CBC sessions, create materials, and support exam preparation, including USBN/UTBK.

You will collaborate with the Academic Team, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver high-quality instructional sessions while implementing blended learning approaches.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Aufgaben

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to outline pathways.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional teams.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Meet minimum session requirements including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam prep.

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning, as needed by.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
