Job summary

Ruangguru in Bali is seeking an educator involved in coaching, student guidance, and classroom teaching to support high-quality learning experiences. You will work under the Academic Team to enhance teaching skills, develop materials, and implement blended learning approaches.

The role includes student/parent consulting, conducting Homework Clinics, CBC participation, and collaborating with regional teams to share best practices. Prior USBN/UTBK prep experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions with MT Akademia under Academic Team guidance.

• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address issues and offer solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional team.
• Teach students in classroom settings, delivering high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam prep.

• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning, as needed by.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
