Job summary

Yayasan Bina Nusantara is seeking a Full-Time Lecturer for BINUS ASO School of Engineering in Tangerang. The candidate should hold a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and have at least two years of relevant teaching or industry experience.

The role involves delivering high-quality coursework, aligning content with market standards, and contributing to program development. The lecturer will collaborate with faculty and units to promote the program and enhance graduates’ employability,

Responsibilities

• Provide the best learning experience to improve Faculty/School competitive advantage.
• Ensure the quality of teaching delivery within related classes according to the standard.
• Provide comprehensive content delivery aligned with market standards to increase employability of graduates.
• Implement effective global learning system in teaching and learning activities.
• Involve in non-tuition revenue generation within the faculty/school (e.g., research and professional services).
• Ensure delivery of the program aligns with BINUS University quality standards and DIKTI standards.
• Contribute actively in program-specific tasks.
• Coordinate with other units to promote the program and raise awareness among prospective students and employers.
• Build strong internal and external cooperation to support department objectives.

Full-Time Lecturer - BINUS ASO School of Enginering

• Provide the best learning experience to improve Faculty/School competitive advantage
• Ensure the quality of teaching delivery within related classes according to the standard (Course Outline and OnLine Resources)
• Provide comprehensive content delivery in alignment with market standards to increase employability of the graduates
• Implement effective global learning system in teaching and learning activities
• Involve in the activities for non-tuition revenue generation within respective faculty/School (e.g. research and professional services)
• Ensure that delivery of the program is aligned with BINUS University academic quality standard, DIKTI's standard and continuously improved to reach world-class standard
• Contribute actively in the study program specific tasks
• Coordinate with other units, to promote the program in order to build more awareness to the competitiveness of the program, especially to prospective students, graduates, alumni and employers in the related industry
• Build strong and effective internal / external cooperation which support the overall objectives of Department/School

Requirements

• Minimum Master's Degree (S2) in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang Area
