Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift and document discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in accordance with company procedures
• Handle customer queries and complaints related to payments in a professional manner
• Verify payment amounts and issue receipts or invoices to customers
• Balance daily cash totals and prepare banking deposits
• Assist with financial record-keeping and reporting tasks as required
• Follow company policies and procedures relating to cash handling and security
• Support the accounting team with general administrative duties
