Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated intern for a 3-6 month program in Indonesia. You will conduct market research, analyze operation performance, and support data-driven initiatives to improve seller experience.

You’ll prepare reports and present insights to stakeholders while collaborating across teams. Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus an interest in AI tools and data visualization.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with ability to synthesise information and draw actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge of data visualisation tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Highly adaptable, with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
• Full-time interns for 3 to 6 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives and project planning
• Assist in gathering data and analysing operational performance to generate actionable insights and identify improvement opportunities
• Propose and support initiatives to improve operational metrics, enhance seller experience, tracking impact through data-driven measurement
• Monitor project progress and key milestones to ensure timely execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment and implementation of initiatives
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
