Job summary

Sun Life in Jakarta is seeking a skilled Front-end Developer to build and maintain responsive web interfaces, collaborating with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences across devices and browsers.

You will work with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js or Angular), HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and state management tools, contribute to code reviews, documentation, and CI/CD pipelines, and uphold performance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade APIs and services.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex multi-team environment.
• Proficiency in English; Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Own the architectural component of a large software system.
• Clean, update and refactor the application.
• Maintaining up to date documentation.
• Participate in architectural meetings.
• Participate in Information system security assessment.
