Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an Associate Software Development Engineer in Jakarta to design, develop, and test software modules and micro-services, including cloud-based tools. You will work with Angular, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs, contributing across the full software development lifecycle in a fast-paced, diverse team.

You will implement scalable front-end components, collaborate with UI/UX, optimize performance, and participate in automated testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Front End Development.
• Proficiency in Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, and Angular CLI).
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with responsive design and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, Angular Material).
• Experience with Git, Webpack, and modern build pipelines (CI/CD).
• Experience with large data sets and ability to apply ML/AI algorithms.
• Entry level experience in developing micro-services and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable components using Angular.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bridge design and implementation.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic via RESTful APIs.
• Assist with writing and testing code and automated testing.
• Participate in software deployment under product team guidance.
• Support integration and building of solutions via automation and coding.
• Write, update, and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Assist with refactoring and code reviews.
• Perform related tasks as required.
