• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
• Manage project execution, including task assignment, resource coordination, and risk assessment.
• Ensure the quality of project deliverables and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project updates, issues, and successes to all relevant parties in a clear and timely manner.
• Oversee project close-out, including lessons learned and final reporting.
