Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a skilled frontend/backend developer to build and maintain robust web applications using React JS and NodeJS. You will integrate data from various services, collaborate with PMs and designers, and contribute to design systems and SSR/SSG approaches.

English fluency is required, with experience in agile environments. The role involves developing features end-to-end, performing reviews, and ensuring high-quality code with Cypress-based tests.

Job description

Develop and maintain robust web applications using React JS .

Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best software development practices.

Integrate data from various back-end services and databases using APIs.

Contribute to engineering efforts from design, implementation, and solving challenges during development.

Write and perform unit testing using Cypress .

Perform code review prior to pull request and/or merge request.

Collaborate effectively with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.

Troubleshoot and debug applications.

Develop, integrate, or maintain back-end services using Java Spring Boot.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

In-depth knowledge of Component Driven Development , Design System , SSR , and SSG .

Proven knowledge in most of the areas below:

• - React JS and NodeJS development with minimum 1 years’ experience .
• - Java Spring Boot with proven hands-on experience in real projects.
• - Cypress with minimum 1 years’ experience .
• - Experience with Sass, Next.js, and WebAssembly (Wasm) is a plus.
• - Proficient in version control systems, especially Git (GitLab) minimum
• - Experience in analyzing and enhancing legacy code is an advantage.

Strong tooling skills, including Version Control Systems ( Git ) – minimum1 years’ experience

Minimum 3 years of experience working at least medium projects.

Demonstrated experience working in agile/scrum-based project environments.

Experience collaborating with backend, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
