Job summary

AION Group International seeks experienced German language lecturers to deliver online training for adult learners and corporate clients. You will create engaging lessons, adapt for varied levels, and assess progress to help professionals develop practical German skills for work and daily life.

Ideal candidates hold a German studies degree or higher, with strong German grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Goethe-Institut certification and exam-prep experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen with German proficiency (minimum B2/C1 preferred).
• Proven experience teaching German to adults, professionals or corporate learners.
• Strong understanding of German grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain language concepts clearly and practically.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to agreed teaching schedules.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in German Studies, Linguistics, Education, Language Teaching, or related fields (preferred).
• Goethe-Institut certification or other recognized German language certifications (preferred).
• Experience preparing learners for German language examinations (A1–C1) (preferred).

• Provide feedback and guidance to participants to support their language development.

• Collaborate with the AION education team regarding course requirements, schedules, and learning outcomes.
