Job summary

Güntner GmbH in Indonesia seeks an experienced German language trainer to design and deliver corporate sessions for employees at multiple levels. You will create materials tailored to engineering and business contexts, assess progress, and provide coaching to improve grammar and pronunciation.

You will also translate documents as needed and maintain accurate records for HR reporting, working with the L&D team to support international expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Education in German language, studies or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience teaching German as a foreign language.
• Native or near-native German with professional working English.
• Experience using LMS and virtual tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Classroom).

Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and deliver engaging German language training sessions for employees at various levels.
• Develop learning materials, modules, and curricula for engineering and corporate topics.
• Assess initial proficiency and track progress with quizzes, oral evaluations, and assignments.
• Create an interactive virtual or in-person learning environment for professionals.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and extra support for grammar or pronunciation.
• Maintain attendance, lesson tracking, and performance records for HR reports.
• Collaborate with L&D to align milestones with international expansion goals.
• Translate documents between Indonesian/English and German with accurate terminology.
