Job summary

Edu Global Bandung is seeking an experienced English Education trainer to design and deliver engaging programs for teachers in Bandung. The role requires 5+ years in teaching or teacher development, a Cambridge Curriculum familiarity, and strong communication and facilitation skills.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's in English Education or related field, with high English proficiency and a valid TOEFL/IELTS score preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Education, Linguistics, or related field.
• Graduated from a reputable State University or A-accredited Private University.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 for Bachelor's and 3.25 for Master's.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent grammar and pronunciation.
• Preferably holds a valid TOEFL or IELTS certificate with a competitive score.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching, English training, teacher development, or related educational field.
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or professional development programs for teachers is highly preferred.
• Familiar with the Cambridge Curriculum and its implementation in a school environment.
• Strong understanding of English teaching methodologies, classroom practices, and teacher development.
• Able to assess teachers' English proficiency and identify learning and development needs.
• Able to design and deliver engaging, practical, and level-appropriate English training programs for teachers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in delivering training and providing constructive feedback to teachers.
• Creative, adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Passionate about education and committed to supporting teachers' professional development.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung.
• Maximum 35 years old.
