Job summary

PT ELISTEC INFORMATIKA UTAMA is seeking a Fraud Analyst to support the Fraud Formula Builder within the BSA Module. You will analyze business requirements and fraud scenarios to help develop detection capabilities and identify risk indicators.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to translate requirements into actionable rules, validate formulas, and reduce false positives while maintaining strong risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Statistics/Math/Finance or related field.
• 2–3 years in Fraud Analyst or related roles.
• Strong understanding of fraud detection, prevention, and risk assessment.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to support Fraud Formula Builder in the BSA Module.
• Identify and define potential fraud patterns and risk indicators.
• Design and propose fraud detection rules, parameters, and thresholds.
• Translate requirements into structured logic for development teams.
• Define rule components: parameters, operators, conditions, scoring and classifications.
• Develop fraud use cases and scenarios to detect suspicious activities.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers.
• Perform rule validation, scenario testing, and UAT for accuracy.
• Evaluate detection performance and propose improvements to reduce false positives/negatives.
• Prepare functional documentation and fraud rule specifications for dev teams.
