Job summary

Indodana is seeking a Fraud Analyst to identify emerging fraud trends through data analysis and metrics tracking to mitigate risks. You will collaborate with Risk, Data Science, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and others to enforce fraud prevention rules and detection strategies.

You will assess and optimize operational fraud metrics for long-term tracking, with 1+ years antifraud/risk experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, informatics, computer engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 1+ years experience in antifraud/risk (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
• Having knowledge in SQL / Bigquery, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills
• Highly motivated, self-driven and strong control attitude
• Proficient in English language

Responsibilities

• Identify new, emerging fraud and abuse trends/patterns through data analysis and metrics tracking to mitigate risks
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Data Science, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and others) to ensure proper enforcement of fraud prevention rules and detection strategies
• Assess, define, and optimize relevant operational fraud metrics for long-term tracking
