Job summary

PT Sejahtera Sama Kita is seeking a detail-oriented Fraud Analyst to identify, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activities by analyzing large datasets, including transactions and user behaviour. You will detect patterns, conduct investigations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen fraud detection.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years in fraud analytics, strong data-analysis skills, and experience with Excel, SQL, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fraud investigations, fraud analytics or risk analytics within fintech, banking, or P2P lending.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with Excel, Word, PPT; experience in SQL and BI tools (Quick BI) is a plus.
• Familiar with Fraud Detection Systems (FDS) or Decision Engine.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and curiosity about user behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets such as transactions, applications, and user behaviour to identify fraud patterns and anomalies.
• Investigate fraud cases and review transaction history, including merchant, area, and other related fraud indicators.
• Collaborate with other division & department to improve the investigation process.
• Work with internal stakeholders to enhance the Fraud Detection System and detection rules.
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions and fraud prevention.
• Prepare weekly and monthly fraud reports.
