Job summary

Emmerick Group is seeking a seasoned Project Engineer for oil & gas projects in Jakarta. The role requires extensive experience in project engineering across offshore and onshore scopes and a strong background in FEED and detailed engineering activities.

You will have hands-on involvement with fabrication yards and offshore vessels, coordinating contractor supervision and ensuring adherence to project budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Petroleum or related fields).
• 10+ years of oil & gas industry experience, offshore and onshore.
• 8+ years in contractor supervision and contractor management.
• Strong FEED exposure and detailed engineering activities.
• Experience with fabrication yards, offshore vessels, and engineering/design offices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil, Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering, or related disciplines.

Proven experience in Project Engineering within major oil & gas companies, particularly for similar project packages.

Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, covering both offshore and onshore projects.

At least 8 years of experience in contractor supervision and contractor management.

Strong exposure to FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and detailed engineering activities.

Experience working in fabrication yards, offshore vessels, and engineering/design office environments.
