Job summary

Emmerick Group in Indonesia seeks an experienced subsea installation engineer to drive engineering interfaces and offshore activities across SPS, umbilicals, risers, and flowlines.

You will collaborate with FEED and detailed engineering teams, coordinate with fabrication yards and vessels, and ensure compliance with safety and project standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical/Offshore/Marine or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years in subsea systems or offshore installation projects.
• Experience with SPS, umbilicals, risers and flowlines in EPCI settings.
• Strong knowledge of subsea system engineering and offshore construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead subsea installation activities and interface coordination on offshore oil & gas projects.
• Support FEED and detailed engineering phases for subsea assets.
• Coordinate with fabrication yards, vessels and engineering offices.

Industry: Global company in Testing, Inspection, and Certification

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Offshore/Marine Engineering, Subsea Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in subsea systems, installation engineering, or interface coordination within offshore oil & gas projects.

Hands-on involvement in EPCI projects covering SPS, umbilicals, risers, flowlines, and subsea installation activities.

Strong knowledge of subsea system engineering, offshore installation methodologies, and construction activities.

Familiar with rigging and lifting operations, ROV activities, vessel mobilization, and subsea tie-in execution.

Experience in FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) as well as detailed engineering phases.

Exposure to multidisciplinary project environments including fabrication yards, offshore vessels, and engineering/design offices.
