Job summary

Seven Retail in Jakarta seeks a seasoned Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to drive planning into execution for our lifestyle brand. You will own P&L, lead campaigns, and optimize inventory and costs while ensuring financial targets align with strategic goals.

This role requires 5+ years in finance/ops with FP&A emphasis, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Retail experience is a plus; you'll collaborate across teams to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience in a finance or operations role with FP&A focus.
• Proven track record in P&L management, budget control, and financial forecasting.
• Experience planning and post-analysis of promotional campaigns.
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the brand, ensuring financial targets are met and P&L optimization.
• Lead planning, execution, and analysis of promotional campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Implement and monitor inventory and cost control measures to optimize operational expenditures.
• Oversee Neosoft, the booking portal, to enhance user experience and operational flow.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
