Job summary
Exclusive Networks is seeking a System Engineer to support and grow the Fortinet business in Jakarta. The role focuses on delivering technical sales support, installation, and maintenance for Fortinet solutions within a partner and end-user ecosystem.
The candidate should hold a degree in IT or related field, NSE-7 certification, and strong Fortinet product experience (Fortigate, Fortimail, Fortiweb, EDR). Commitment to learning and leadership in technical tasks is valued.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- NSE-7 certification.
- Strong experience with Fortigate/SDWAN/ZTNA.
- Experience with Fortimail/Mailsecurity.
- Experience with Fortiweb/Web Application Firewall.
- Experience with Endpoint security/EDR.
- Experience with SIEM is a plus.
- Strong learning drive and ability to motivate staff.
- Ability to align tasks with goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform Proof of Concept (POC).
- Create technical proposals and present to partners/end-users.
- Provide technical enablement to partners and end-users.
- Prepare BOQ and technical support for sales.
- Responsible for installation and maintenance works.
