Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking a Documentation Specialist to prepare and maintain BSOM Upper documents in Indonesian and English. The role supports the footwear commercialization process by preparing CS1, CS2, and FSR files and coordinating with teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Bachelor's degree, possess strong English skills, and be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain BSOM Upper documentation in Indonesian and English.
• Support footwear commercialization by preparing CS1, CS2, and FSR documents.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Assist with documentation updates and other related activities to support footwear development and commercialization.
