Job summary

Deckers Brands in Jakarta is seeking a QC Inspector for Production and QC to ensure the quality and integrity of footwear produced by partner factories. You will screen incoming materials, conduct audits, and perform final inspections.

You will collaborate with production teams, monitor order status, and support trials. Fluency in English and basic computer skills are required, with at least 4 years in footwear QC or related roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years working experience in a reputable footwear company in production, commercialization, development, or quality control.
• Basic knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes.
• Good product eye and color recognition.
• High integrity and non-corruptible.

Responsibilities

• Finished goods finals inspection; joint inspections with CFQC if applicable.
• Lead in-process production controls and IMQC quality checks, and finished goods storage QA.
• Daily production order status monitoring and coordination with production leadership.
• Assist in coordinating T4 production trials and ensure critical process assets are available.
• Drive quality and productivity improvement programs (QIP, Lean, Kaizen) on-site.
• Monitor materials and lab testing reviews in coordination with Deckers lab team; support compliance requirements.
