PT KMK GLOBAL SPORTS is seeking an experienced Pattern Engineer to lead footwear pattern development, modification, and grading for production readiness and mass production stability. You will ensure pattern accuracy and liaise with Manufacturing Engineering to implement feedback.

This production-critical role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in grading rules, and a track record of collaborating with readiness teams to ensure a smooth handover from development to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of footwear pattern experience.
• Strong Procam skills for pattern modification and grading.
• Knowledge of grading rules and size scaling.
• Detail-oriented with pattern accuracy.
• Experience with production or readiness teams is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Make pattern changes and grading in the Production Preparation team.
• Support production readiness through accurate pattern updates.
• Communicate closely with ME on pattern-related topics.
• Follow up and apply pattern changes based on production and trial feedback.
• Support smooth handover from development to production.
