Mandarin Oriental Jakarta is seeking a dedicated Hygiene Officer to develop, implement, and maintain robust hygiene and sanitation protocols across the Restaurants, Bars & Experiences – Kitchen team. You will lead training on food hygiene, ensure SOP compliance, and work with stakeholders to sustain high standards of safety and quality.
