Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality & Food Safety Lead to maintain and improve the QMS and food safety systems across the factory. The role ensures ISO, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP compliance while supporting audits and driving CAPA and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management systems and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with ISO, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP is preferred.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Quality Management System and Food Safety System in the factory.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP and customer requirements.
• Coordinate CAPA and audits; close corrective actions.
• Audit suppliers and RDCs and complete CAPA with relevant functions.
• Develop and control QMS documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate QMS changes to cross-functional teams.
• Verify GMP, CCP, OPRP and other critical process parameters through routine audits.
• Manage product traceability and ensure compliance with QFS requirements.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize QFS risks.
• Engage employees through training and QBO platform.
