Job summary

Pilar Corporation in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the hotel’s F&B team and drive revenue through service excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field, with at least two years in hospitality or hotel F&B, and strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, F&B or related discipline.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant hospitality/F&B experience, preferably in hotel industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong results-oriented mindset with ability to achieve and exceed FB targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&B Department team and activities to promote hotel F&B products and services.
• Promote restaurant offerings, banquet facilities, catering services, meeting packages, social events and other F&B products.
• Maintain accurate records of F&B activities, client interactions and business opportunities in the F&B database.
• Build and strengthen relationships with F&B clients and potential partners.
• Prepare timely F&B reports, forecasts and performance analyses for management.
• Contribute to development and implementation of F&B strategies and campaigns to drive revenue and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Banquet, Sales & Marketing and operations to ensure successful event execution and guest satisfaction.
