Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Campaign Operations Intern to support the FMCG team in planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns on TikTok Shop Indonesia. You will gain hands-on experience with campaign data and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and brands, manage asset readiness, revisions, and publication, and contribute to GMV growth while learning practical project management and design workflows in-office in Jakarta.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related majors.
Strong understanding of campaign operations and proficient in Figma.
Good communication and project management skills across multiple stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in fast-paced environment.
Strong ownership and commitment.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end FMCG resource management, including design creation, configuration, and ensuring on-time publication for IP, category, and ad-hoc campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (XFN) and brands to manage campaign timelines, asset readiness, and execution.
Handle multiple design requests, including revisions, tracking, and quality control to meet deadlines and guidelines.
Campaign Operations: Communication with XFN to improve campaign registration rates and ensure the achievement of objectives.
