Job summary

Recruitify HR in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, is hiring a Customer Service Agent for a travel account. You will handle flight bookings inquiries by phone, email and chat, support modifications and refunds, and provide accurate fare and policy information.

This role requires a B2 level English, a Diploma or Bachelor degree, and a rotational shift schedule from 6 AM to 10 PM, five days a week with two days off. Start date is 6th–13th November 2026.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle flight bookings inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with booking modifications, ticket changes, refunds and related requests.
• Provide accurate information about fares, baggage allowances, policies and schedules.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally to reach timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners and internal teams as needed.
• Meet targets for response time, customer satisfaction, quality, attendance and resolution.
